Amanda Mulholland - Learning & Development Manager
Amanda is the Academy’s Learning and Development Manager with line management responsibility for the Academy team. She’s the initial point of contact for individuals and organisations making enquiries about training, and she also works closely with the Academy’s Lead IQAV to ensure the highest quality learner journey from end to end.
Amanda’s practitioner experience is rooted in community safety and partnership working within local councils in England and Northern Ireland over 25 years, and her occupational competence in training development and delivery includes five years as a course director at the Home Office Crime Prevention Centre, developing and delivering new community safety qualifications in Northern Ireland and on-going CPD up to her employment in February 2018 by Police Crime Prevention Initiatives.
Amanda's relevant qualifications currently include the Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practices; the D32/33 assessor award updated to the A1 assessor Award in 2019; and a Certificate in Training Practice. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
